Esther 05 - The Triumph of the Jew and Purim - Audio

In this audio teaching, we cover the 9th and 10th Chapters of the Book of Esther. The titanic clash between Haman's decree and Mordecai's decree take place in Chapter 9. The Jews end up defeating, destroying, and overpowering their "enemies" and kill 75,500 people in one day and 300 the next. Mordecai issues a written decree for the Jews and their descendants to forever celebrate the fourteenth and fifteenth of Adar (March) as the feast of Purim, where Haman's lot became the Jews' Purim. In Chapter 10, we see that the man Haman hated and despised has been exalted by the Lord to second in command over the entire Persian Empire.
