Pastor Charlie gives practical advice on how to find a mentor (coach) and lays out the practical dynamics for a good discipling relationship. We must find someone who can fully train us to be like them, as Jesus commanded. You should meet with your mentor for about two years, 90 minutes every week, and try to meet at the same time and location each week. We must first get to know our disciple. You can't disciple someone if you don't know him. The discipler will train his disciple in all areas that the Lord has commanded him. The video teaching is available here.
