Haggai - From Disobedience to Obedience - Video
This is a detailed teaching of Haggai 1:8-15. This video includes some worship songs led by David Olvera, a sermon on Haggai 1 by Pastor Charlie, and announcements for the church by Pastor Rick Avila. We continue our message from last week – Consider Your Ways (Haggai 1:1-7). The Lord commanded the people of Judah to build God’s temple (house) so that He might be pleased and glorified. The reason the people experienced a drought on everything was because God’s house was in ruins. The land was ruined because God’s temple was ruined. But through the powerful and anointed preaching of Haggai, the people were obeyed, and the Lord assured them of His presence. His words, “I am with you” (1:13, 2:4), gave them all the encouragement they need to do the work of God in the power of God.
