This is the eighteen video in our series on "How to Become a Christian." Pastor Charlie gives insights on a topic often misunderstood by Christians. The work of Jesus on the cross and through His resurrection not only purchased redemption for your spirit (soul), but also your body. At the final resurrection (rapture), Christians are going to get immortal, imperishable, incorruptible bodies that will never die, get sick, or sin. This takes place on the last day, at the last trumpet, at the end of the age. The Lord has given Christians the Holy Spirit as a down payment guaranteeing what is to come (the new heavenly body).
