Pastor Charlie Avila continues his series on Jesus encounters with people. This is Jesus encounter with Simon the Pharisee. We deal with the heart issue of self-righteousness, which is so common in Christians. We see ourselves better than we really are. Simon criticized Jesus, and even questions if he really is a prophet, all because of his condescending attitude and pride.
