Esther 01 - An Introduction - Video
The Book of Esther is a powerful revelation of the providence of God. We examine what providence, foreknowledge, and provision mean in God's purposes and plans. The theme of this class will be "The Visible Acts of the Invisible God." We also give an important overview of the Persian Empire and its kings. We start with the dreams and visions of Daniel regarding the chest and arms of silver, the bear with three ribs in its mouth, and the ram with two horns. There is also a brief description on Darius, Ahasuerus, and Artaxerxes. And, finally, there is an overview of the Book of Esther.
